G-Lock EasyMail 5 Business Edition 5.35

This software package contains three important applications, along with a couple of other tools.

The first and most important is the EasyMail application which enables you to create your messages. Its interface looks much like Outlook, because of the Inbox, Sent, and Drafts folders. The second application is called "Delivery Monitor". It allows you to view the status of the messages you are sending. Finally, the third part of the software package is an "Address book", which can be used for configuring the accounts of the people you are sending e-mails to.

The business version of this software allows you to schedule the sending of e-mails. You don't even need to be at your computer when it sends e-mails. Along with the application, several e-mail templates are available. They look average, but they can be customized to represent your messages better.

With the Bounced Manager module included in G-Lock EasyMail you can easily process bounced messages after your email campaign is complete. The Bounced Manager extracts the email addresses from bounced messages and saves them to a file. You can choose to remove these e-mail addresses from the list of people you send e-mails to.

Pluses: Having lots of features doesn't mean that this application is hard to use. In fact, each feature is very well designed. I was more than satisfied with the user interface and its usability.

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: In my opinion, the cost of this software is justified by its features. If you need a professional software for sending mass e-mails, you could try EasyMail.
